As the Business Development Manager Real World Evidence, you will be responsible for leading the consultative selling of services, including pragmatic and retrospective studies of pharmaceutical companies that focus on conduct, patient recruitment, and digital therapeutics. You will work not only within our organization but across the CVS Health matrix, acting as one team to achieve our goals, deliver solutions and transform the future.If you have an entrepreneurial spirt, thrive in a fast paced- constantly changing environment and want to be part of a rapidly growing team with vast growth potential this is the job for youWhat you'll do: Identify opportunities and individuals within select pharmaceutical companies. who are likely to be decision makers and influencers Collaborate with a matrix of internal and external technical and clinical stakeholders as well as CVS Privacy, Legal and Compliance to garner approvals, during the pre-sales period. Maintain account relationship from one study to the next to set the stage for ongoing routine work from an HEOR group as well as novel innovative work associated with select TAs. Accounts of focus will include the same account targeted by Conduct and Recruitment as well as digital therapeutics Identify opportunities for retrospective HEOR studies among targeted accounts based on current, on the market portfolios, and pipeline portfolios. Secure observational retrospective analyses for newly approved products among targeted accounts via the pharmacovigilance professionals.Required Qualifications2+ years of business development and/or account management experience within the healthcare, clinical trial, patient recruitment, real world evidence services or pharmaceutical industry.
