Job DescriptionFully Remote role, candidates can reside anywhere in the US. Must be willing to support the CST. The position will support targeted programs to member prospects and existing ABH IL Medicaid members by developing advertising campaigns and marketing communication collateral to promote ABH IL's HealthChoice Illinois Medicaid program with a differentiated value proposition. In addition, the role will broaden by developing new marketing communications opportunities to drive profitable growth across five region in Illinois.Working with Creative, Media, Compliance and Analytics team to manage full programs while achieving desired results against measurable goals and ROIs. Work with ABH IL department leaders to secure timing specific market needs to achieve a localized program that brings in new members and retains existing ABH IL members. Help develop marketing programs and coordinate marketing strategies, vendors, creative, digital, compliance and legal to run campaigns in traditional and non-traditional media Coordinate tracking of above programs and report out success of each tactic through tools such as tableau and working with call centers and various business leaders across the health plan Assist with research in coordination with Membership and Provider Performance for additional improvements to program and continue to develop understanding of prospects and segmentation or sophistication opportunities. Facilitate the development of project briefs and securing actionable insights, and encouraging dialogue to drive out "Why".
