Job DescriptionAs a Senior Paralegal in the CVS/Aetna Legal Department, you will be responsible for performing paralegal tasks for the Litigation Team in connection with a range of challenging duties including: Assist with the management of the litigation matter docket, including directly managing discrete health benefits and provider disputes, which can include searching document repository and databases for large and complex file data review; as well as, providing a summary and evaluation of the corresponding actions taken regarding the adjudication of the claim, and coordinating with Aetna in-house and regional outside counsel in developing and implementing strategy for litigation and settlement. Provide support to litigation attorneys in the management of larger disputes and complex litigation in assisting with the litigation discovery process, including issuing legal holds, managing data and document collection, participating, and leading in witness interviews and conducting other aspects of fact investigations.
