Job DescriptionThe SOC Reporting Senior Analyst will work with the SOC Reporting Lead Director, Manager, Senior Analyst and Analyst to lead the SOC 1 Reporting team. The System and Organization Controls (SOC 1) Reporting team is responsible for managing the overall issuance of multiple CVS SOC 1 reports in accordance with SSAE 18 guidance. The group performs oversight and coordination functions, including the facilitation of business process and control documentation, assistance in the identification and clarification of internal controls and coordination with the external auditors on testing and evaluation of key controls defined in the SOC 1 reports. The SOC Reporting team is a part of the SOX and Controls Assurance group which is responsible for the oversight and management of CVS's Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance program. The SOC Reporting Senior Analyst will be responsible for performing SOC activities in conjunction with the preparation of SOC reports covering multiple business areas and systems. This includes the responsibilities the SOC Reporting team performs as described above, as well as acting as a SOC Reporting SME for the reports the Senior Analyst will be directly supporting. In addition, the SOC Reporting Senior Analyst will manage workload independently and may act in a project lead role in various related activities. The SOC Reporting Senior Analyst may be required to travel up to 10% of the year to audit locations within the U.S, although travel for the SOC Reporting team has been limited in recent years.Required Qualifications2 or more years of experience with SSAE 18/SOC standards, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and/or COSO framework.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
