Job DescriptionThe Information Governance and Privacy Operations Manager will assist the Information Governance Privacy Office (IGPO) operations team, and the Lead Director, Information Governance & Privacy in implementation, maintenance of, and adherence to the organization's policies and procedures covering Third Party use, access to, and disclosure of competitively sensitive information, protected health information (PHI) and personally identifiable information (PII), collectively "Confidential Information", in compliance with our best practices and policies, obligations under several regulatory orders and our commitments to clients, customers, and regulators. A priority function for this role will be to work closely with internal business partners to understand their projects and provide guidance on controls based on Information Governance and Privacy best practices to guide them to the successful resolution of projects. To that end a key skill for this role will be to leverage analytical and communication skills to help the business articulate new and/or changing business needs, from documentation of current state through to potential solution options. This role will consult with the Lead Director on continuous improvement opportunities or enhancements which enable greater efficiency or process effectiveness. Additionally, this role will support the operations of several Privacy Office assurance applications, including Cross Company Certification, Business Firewall Compete List and Confidential Information Access Request. Along with supporting these assurance applications, this operations role will also focus on improving and evolving IGPO tools and order to be successful in this role you must exhibit the following:-Strong ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization. -Strong analytical and problem solving skills to support identification, documentation and implementation of improvement opportunities.-Must be comfortable with being empowered to make decisions that potentially impact business project direction. -Knowledge of privacy, security, and information governance standards and commitments applicable to CVS Health and its various business segments is a plus.-Must be able to work independently with minimal direction performing compliance monitoring tasks. -Must be able to prioritize appropriately, and multi-task on high priority and high impact projects. -Knowledge of compliance monitoring and/or auditing principles is a plusRequired Qualifications4+ years of related experience3+ years of experience as a business analyst working on process improvement and requirements analysis. 2+ years of experience with Quickbase, RSA Archer, and/or OneTrust.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
