Job DescriptionThis role offers a $1,500 sign on bonus for new hires. The Facility Service Supervisor plays a critical role in keeping the distribution center running efficiently by providing leadership and training to maintenance staff and ensuring the building and equipment remain in optimal condition and eliminate down time. Help oversee building safety program and assigned operations projects. A strong background in material handling systems and applications, powered industrial trucks, and building maintenance is essential.Candidates for this position must be available to work 1st Shift, Monday-Friday ranging from 2:00pm-12:00am, with additional flexibility during peak seasons.Selected candidate will need to have flexibility of working hours, during initial training period.Primary Responsibilities Supervise and oversee repairs of all MHE (conveyors and forklifts), additional machinery, electrical and power systems, and general building maintenance.Recommends and plans maintenance programs and work schedules to minimize equipment downtime. Provides Root cause Analysis when downtime occurs. Handles multiple projects and daily activities, meets deadlines, and how to accomplish departmental and distribution goals. Coordinates daily maintenance of equipment. Troubleshoots equipment and develops and maintains PM programs. Utilizes the CMMS system to its full capability. Additional duties as assigned.Required Qualifications- 4+ years of prior maintenance supervisory or group leading experience in a distribution center, warehouse or manufacturing environment- 2+ years of experience with a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)-1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. Distribution experience. LEAN certification Demonstrated maintenance lead position. Blueprint and electrical schematic reading. Preventive maintenance procedures. Experience with CMMS including optimization. Knowledge of automated control systems, HVAC systems, electrical systems, building repairs and housekeeping procedures. Awareness of state/local regulations, building codes, and OSHA standards. Financial budget adherence.
