Job DescriptionThe Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President, Cross-Enterprise Strategic Innovation (CESI) will be responsible for independently and adeptly providing diversified executive administrative support. Duties are complex in nature and involve access to confidential information as well as normal administrative activities such as scheduling calendar appointments, making arrangements for meetings both inside and outside the company, travel arrangements, PowerPoint presentations, and coordinating activities across several departments. This position exercises considerable discretion and independent judgment and requires the ability to analyze complex information requests.The ideal candidate will provide executive administrative support while working within a team environment, and will assist in ensuring project management execution. This is a fast-paced environment and requires a professional who has initiative and strong judgment; in addition, they should be well-organized, efficient, and adaptable with a strong work ethic and drive to collaborate. The executive assistant will be expected to interact professionally with all levels of internal and external partners via phone, in person, and email correspondence.Responsibilities include: Maintaining / managing calendars, meeting arrangements and conference calls; resolving scheduling conflicts; Arranging travel; assisting with planning and scheduling meetings / special events for leadership meetings; Screening and responding to incoming calls and correspondence; Handling executives' requests and queries appropriately and in a timely manner Preparing and maintaining expense reports, receiving and processing invoices / purchase orders Providing support to ensure seamless execution of special events, including Town Hall meetings, recognition events, special communications, etc. Assisting with new hire processing and IT requests / on-boarding Ordering and maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment Providing organization support including presentation development (PowerPoint), database management (Excel), limited project management and other tasks as needed; completing other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications 5+ years of Administrative experience supporting executive leadership with high volume complex calendar management, meeting coordination, domestic & international travel coordination, expense reports, invoices, etc. 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, One Note, ExcelExcellent communication and organization skillsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
