Job DescriptionIn this role as a Divisional Professional Practice Leader, you will operate in fast paced, regulated environment, and be an integral member of the Pharmacy Professional Services team. The contributions you will make as a Divisional Professional Practice leader will position CVS Health as a leader in client satisfaction and service in the pharmacy marketplace. As a Divisional Professional Practice Leader, you will be responsible for leading the professional practice of pharmacy within our stores. You will do this by leading critical agendas and supporting field leaders with specific programs designed to mitigate financial, reputational, and regulatory risk for CVS Health. This role will allow you to monitor internal and external trends that represent a risk to the company. Appropriately assess and prioritize any and all issues affecting the professional practice agenda. You will also partner closely with retail field District Leaders, Region Directors and Divisional Vice President to identify and implement solutions to complex problems involving the areas of professional practice listed below. Professional Practice Resource & Education Patient Safety Programs Pharmacy Quality Controlled Substance Compliance Regulatory Affairs/Board of PharmacyAlong with partnering and collaborating with an assigned geographic team, and across other departments, you will also routinely interact with external partners and government agencies.The ideal candidate will live in OhioRequired Qualifications- Currently licensed as a Registered Pharmacist - Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in retail pharmacy field management - The ability and willingness to travel approximately 40% to 60% of the time depending upon geographic business needs. - Deep understanding of CVS pharmacy standard operating procedures, workflow, and dispensing systemCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
