Job DescriptionThis role will be leading a Key Enterprise Initiative (KEI) sponsored directly by the CEO and CFO. The KEI impacts the entire organization and requires strong strategic planning, project oversight and executive communication skills. The Finance organization will be responsible for the following: -1. Identification and execution of any external reporting and/or statutory filing requirements as a result of the KEI -2. Valuation of the KEI opportunity, related business and being a thought partner for establishing the KEI -3. Strategic support for establishing new transfer pricing arrangement and expense allocation methodologies -4. Business continuity planning to ensure critical financial processes are not disrupted during the changes required as a result of the initiative -5. Lead KEI documentation and compliance supporting the final delivery of the project including interactions with internal and external audit teams -6. Perform primary controller functions for monthly close and reporting of KEI corporate and startup business expensesFortune 8 CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Strategic Planning Senior Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Finance Strategic Planning Senior Manager you will facilitate the development of enterprise and business unit strategic plans. In this role you will be responsible for providing analysis, guidance and direction within areas of expertise; and developing relationships with external consultants and cross-functional team members as required in support of initiatives. Oversee assigned cross-enterprise initiatives and also concurrently serve as team member on broader cross-functional Enterprise initiatives.
