Senior Business Analyst

Job DescriptionThe position for Senior Analyst, Business Analytics will report to the Senior Manager, Business Information Management and Analytics. You will plan, develop, and implement data management and analytic solutions, including identifying data, partnering with business areas and designing data visualization solutions and self-service reports.This role will interact with stakeholders across the organization to support regulatory reports and provide analytics to support the functional areas. Your success will be determined by your ability to develop a strong knowledge base on core business functions to support a variety of regulatory deliverables in an accurate and timely manner.Required Qualifications- 3-5 years of data interpretation and analysis experience.- Extensive experience with databases as well interpretation and manipulation of related data.- Ability to use SQL coding.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
