Job DescriptionThe Mental Health Parity Business Team is a new team within Operational & Strategic Solutions (O&SS). It is responsible for managing and responding to a variety of external Mental Health Parity requests across the Health Care Business. This could include any combination of state regulatory reporting, Department of Labor audits or proactive plan sponsor requests. As a member of this team, you will project manage the requests ensuring a quality, timely response to the requesting party. To be successful, you need to understand the resources you have available to you and know where and how to get responses to new or custom information. You will be a member of a team, but you must be able to act independently in a fast-moving environment.The ideal candidate:1. Strong attention to detail2. Ability to quickly grasp business concepts, objectives, and strategies6.
