Job DescriptionPosition Summary :bswift is currently seeking an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Analyst to join our growing team at our headquarters in Downtown Chicago. The EDI Analyst is responsible for helping bswift meet and exceed client expectations by supporting our best-in-class HR software and services. This role focuses on file configuration, testing and timely delivery of interfaces for new, direct or channel partner clients. Responsibilities of the EDI Analyst: Configure files using bswift EDI tooling as needed to meet client and carrier deliverables:- Based on analysis / specifications created to match client / carrier plan and file requirements- Testing new and existing file transmissions to ensure accuracy Researching and resolving client / Carrier inquiries regarding system and process issues Act as a resource for others with bswift EDI tools, configuration, testing, and defect management Communicate timelines and status with other bswift staff Provide hours estimates for new file implementations Triage client tickets and questions via email and voicemail Provide Feedbuilder training to Resellers Conduct release testing to ensure EDI quality of bswift system releases Import data into system as needed and assist with ad hoc client projects Audit system data from various sources and produce reports about summary and detailsRequired QualificationsPosition Summary :bswift is currently seeking an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Analyst to join our growing team at our headquarters in Downtown Chicago.
