QA Engineer Senior Manager

Job DescriptionCVS Health is seeking an experienced professional individual to lead and engineer efficient test solutions of highest quality at lowest possible cost using modern technology practices. The Sr. Manager Quality Assurance, Engineer will be the Technical Subject Matter Expert on integrated applications that are or will be implementing automation and/ or architecting models for business requirements. The Sr. Manager Quality Assurance Engineer will play a critical role by leading, guiding and setting vision for the Retail Quality Engineering team in continually executing its quality strategy and ensuring the development and release of the highest quality software. The Sr Manager Quality Assurance Engineer will actively participate in leadership meetings, project discussions and contributes to strategic planning and execution of all QA automation strategies and/ or business requirement modeling architecture for both agile and non-agile projects.This position is responsible for leading the engineering team and determining the proper use of technology and resources. This position will lead the team in technical evaluations and automation designs. This position will also mentor and guide team members and drive test efficiencies.Required Qualifications 8+ years of expertise in designing scalable and reusable automation frameworks and/ or Solid experience working with Agile Requirement Designer (ARD) as modeling architect for business requirements modeling and building test automation 8+ years of experience on any of these automation tools: Unified Functional Testing (UFT)Selenium WebdriverCucumberRobotic Process Automation (UiPath) Or Experience working with Agile Requirement Designer (ARD) or similar tools for business requirements modeling Solid Problem-Solving and Analytics skills to understand complex requirements, define advanced technical/functional solutions, troubleshoot issues, and identify fixes Seven years experience working with test management tools (HP ALM Quality Center, IBM Rational Robot, Test Manager or similar test tools 8+ years of experience conducting POCs to validate automation solutions with various toolsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
