Job DescriptionCVS Health is looking for an accomplished Senior Production Services Manager with previous experience with managing large teams mostly offshore. As a Senior Production Support Services Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting critical Aetna Enterprise Integrations (AEI) systems and applications. The team is looking for a self-driven individual with solid communication and management skills. You will be involved with event, incident, change, and problem management to help meet systems availability goals and support Aetna Enterprise Integrations (AEI) systems. You will monitor system applications and provide application supporting, utilizing multi-tier front-end, middleware, and back-end databases, such as AEI Service Orchestration (IIB, BAW, WTX, APIC), MarkLogic components, DataStage components, Java components, MS SQL Stored Procedures, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Sprint Boot. As part of the Production Run Team, you are instrumental in driving issues from solutions to accountability. You will partner and collaborate with Development and Tier 1 Support Teams to triage events and incidents to achieve MTTR goals. Additional responsibilities include (but not limited to):- Developing and maintaining a working relationship with our business partners- Overseeing the maintenance and monitoring of daily/weekly batch jobs and programs in a production environment- Providing support during critical outages for which IRT (Incident Response Team) action is required to ensure the investigation is moving alone and business concerns are addressed.- Participating in Root Cause Analysis of critical outages.- Participating in infrastructure maintenance and application releases when required- Developing and implementing technical solutions to help prevent incidents in a pro-active manner- Maintaining systems support technical documentation- Adhering to established methodologies, standards, and guidelinesThis position will require participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation.Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience supporting multi-tier application - 1 + years of exposure to batch processing and trend analysis.- 1+ years of experience in SPLUNK - 5+ years of experience leading teams and coordinating with multi-functional teams, and experience with ITIL foundation. - 1+ years of experience in Web Server, Middleware, Cloud Based and database technologies preferably including: - No-SQL database (e.g., MarkLogic) - API Connect (APIc) - IBM Integration Bus (IIB) - IBM MQ - DataStageCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
