Manager District Asset Protection

Job DescriptionThe District Asset Protection Leader (DAPL) implements asset protection objectives and administers asset protection programs. The DAPL provides assistance and training to the field operations teams to address specific asset protection issues with an assigned span of control. The DAPL drives results by forging strong business relationships and working in a team environment to service internal and external customers. The DAPL reports to the Regional Asset Protection Manager who reports to the Divisional Asset Protection Director. The DAPL is aligned with the District Leaders(s) from the Field Operations team.Candidates need to possess the following skills/abilities: - BA/BS in Criminal Justice, Business Management or Accounting or equivalent experience - 5 years of experience in retail asset protection/loss prevention management - 2 years of experience with multiple store responsibility - Excellent communication skills - Word and Excel knowledge is required -Knowledge of conducting legal and ethical investigations -Ability to build strong business relationships with all levels of an organization - Ability to function in a team environment -Give as well as accept constructive criticismRequired Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in retail asset protection/loss prevention management - 2+ years of experience overseeing multiple storesCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
