Service Desk Technician

We are seeking a Service Desk Technician to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients. Looking for a candidate in the Midland/Bay City/Saginaw/Flint area to work remote to support. Must be proficient with Microsoft Networks, Windows 10, Office 2013, Office 2016, as well as all PC trouble shooting skills. Very important to have great communication. This person must be able to handle remoting in or walking the customer through break/fix problems on their PC''s. Will be working with a ticketing system and required to provide updates daily as well as meet SLA''s as assigned. The proper candidate must be able to work independently, as a member of a team, and have excellent customer service skills. Ability to troubleshoot Macintosh hardware and software would be a plus. This candidate will work with someone in local Flint office to get trained for the first few weeks.
