Intelligence Manager: Corporate and Workplace Solutions - Office of Global SecurityDIVISION DESCRIPTION: Who We Are The Corporate and Workplace Solutions Division (CWS) is comprised of Corporate and Workplace Solutions and the Office of Global Security (OGS). Our team focuses on commercial management, client support, advisory solutions, strategic planning, risk management, people security, real estate strategy and the enablement of collaboration and productivity tools across the firm.The OGS Intelligence Manager will be forward-thinking, innovative, and help lead - as well as deliver - continuous improvement of OGS’ crisis management program.OUR IMPACTOffice of Global SecurityOur mission is to protect the people, assets and reputation of Goldman Sachs.To ensure a safe and secure environment we assess risk to:Enable the delivery of effective security, fire and life safety protocols;Lead crisis management preparation, implementation and recovery processes.HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIALWork closely with the OGS Crisis Management Center (CMC) Operations Manager to ensure operational coordination, functional coverage and effective delivery of incident management for critical events across the Americas region.Lead and mentor the 24/7 CMC Analyst team, with oversight of ongoing training and development opportunities.Design and deliver scenario-based crisis management drills to the CMC team to validate effective incident response and ensure proficiency in crisis management tools.Supervise the delivery of strategic and tactical intelligence products related to the OGS mission, to include identifying emerging security trends and providing security recommendations.Demonstrate subject matter expertise of open sources, social media and investigative tool sets to identify threats to Goldman Sachs.Support the collection, visualization and analysis of CMC data to understand risk and performance, and facilitate data driven decision making.Maintain and leverage relationships with local and regional GSOC/Intelligence managers to benchmark programming and performance.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FORBasic QualificationsCandidate must have a proven ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining high quality standards.Candidate must have sound judgement and decision making abilities with proven leadership and team building skills.Candidate must have experience in the Intelligence Community or leading an intelligence function or ‘GSOC’.Candididate must have excellent interpersonal skills to develop credible relationships with internal and external partners.Candidate must have proficiency in public speaking and formal briefingsCandidate must have a high level of organizational capacity to address simultaneous taskingsComputer skills in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Master’s Degree preferred.ABOUT GOLDMAN SACHSAt Goldman Sachs, we commit our people, capital and ideas to help our clients, shareholders and the communities we serve to grow.
