As we build a leading digital consumer bank and expand into new products and partnerships, we are looking for leaders and individual contributors to join our team.Your Impact As a member of the US consumer deposits team, you will work with experts across functions to provide best-in-class customer service and products to improve our customers’ financial lives. As a leader within the New Product Development team, a key vertical within our Product Management organization, you will work closely with Engineering teams as well as the marketing, operations and front-end channel leads to define, prioritize and execute the product roadmap for retail deposits. In your role you will: Lead research to analyze customer preferences and behaviors and market activity to inform and define potential new products and features Create and refine business cases to determine the incremental value generated as well as the build costs required for potential new products and features Develop, pitch and gain leadership buy-in for recommendations for the product roadmapDefine specific product requirements to be built in the form of user stories, customer journeys and acceptance criteria to a level of detail sufficient for technical executionLead cross-functional teams through complex product builds, delivering to agreed time and feature expectations Collaborate with tech, design, call center and operations teams to define a best in class digital experience Partner with marketing and analytics teams to define acquisition plan and commercial metrics and deliver agreed performance goals Qualifications: 8-10+ years of product management or related experienceExperience leading, mentoring and growing a team Proactive team player who takes ownership of and accountability for projects Proven track record of delivering complex, high-quality consumer products at scaleStrong analytical prowess and problem solving ability paired with meticulous attention to detail Experience working in consumer ecosystems and working across diverse geographical locationsStrong organizational skills with effective management of competing priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changeAbility to work in a highly collaborative environment with heavy emphasis on teamworkProficient in major design, development, and project management applications Proactive and self-driven with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally Effective written and verbal communicator with ability to lead discussions and arrive at desired outcomesABOUT GOLDMAN SACHSAt Goldman Sachs, we commit our people, capital and ideas to help our clients, shareholders and the communities we serve to grow.
