What We DoThe Global Markets Client Relationship Management (CRM) Engineering team is composed of driven, talented and passionate individuals who work closely with the business to manage client engagement and deliver intelligent workflows with exciting, impactful analytics to serve our clients as One Goldman Sachs. The CRM team is comprised of Product Managers, Software Engineers and User Experience designers. At the core, Product Managers drive creativity, innovation and productivity by acting as the intersection of the business and technology. We are an equally technical and business savvy, top-performing team that is looking for a new Americas CRM Product Lead. Product Managers have tremendous responsibility in forming the strategic vision for digital products, understanding user needs and behavior, and working with teams across the firm to execute on product plans. Our Product Managers are entrepreneurially-minded, working to solve complex business, technical, and design challenges to leverage Goldman Sachs’ thought leadership and help drive transactions and business relationships.ResponsibilitiesDefine the CRM product vision by collaborating with Sales and Trading business owners and engineering leads. Influence the roadmap based on forming a detailed understanding of the business functions, processes, data model and overall business strategy. Prioritize roadmap items and obtain buy-in across many stakeholder groups based on business benefit, effort/time to implement and measure adoption and impact via OKRsDefine requirements, workflows, data needs and provide subject matter expertise to rationalize user requests and challenge the norm to take the business to the next levelCollaborate within an energetic, integrated team of engineering and user experience talent in an agile development model to continuously deliver transformative capabilitiesLaunch products across Sales and Trading in coordination with senior stakeholders, engineers, designers, legal, and compliance Partner with other engineering teams on important related projects including firm-wide client data strategyLead training and rollout of new features and work closely with the users in a “white glove” approach to drive adoption and obtain feedback. Analyze usage and data insights within the system to further drive adoption and generate metricsKeep abreast with industry trends and competitors to identify and respond to new opportunities; become a go-to expert in the CRM spaceManage other Product Managers and motivate across the team in a matrix organization Basic QualificationsBS in a technical field, or equivalent professional experience.7-10 years of commercial experience working within technology or product management of web and mobile applications Excellent communication, relationship building, interpersonal, and negotiating skills to foster collaborative relationships across business and technology teams and at all levelsSuperior organizational, writing, presentation and analytical skillsAbility to quickly assess complex workflows, devise solutions and synthesize them into phased, executable plansIndependent thinker and self-starter with proven ability to execute in complex, sophisticated environmentsBackground in financial markets and exposure to Sales, Trading or CRMExperience working closely with engineering and user experience teamsAbility to work effectively in a fast paced, exciting, high energy environmentStrong cross-functional and team-building skills with an ability to build positive and productive working relationships and foster creativity, innovation, and integrity within and across teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience in CRM, client-facing front-end solutions or similar functions in financial servicesExperience working as a Product Manager for a digital platform MBA, MS, or equivalent professional experienceABOUT GOLDMAN SACHSAt Goldman Sachs, we commit our people, capital and ideas to help our clients, shareholders and the communities we serve to grow.
