As such, GS is focused on building out a data-and-technology enabled team of growth marketers, delivering value for the brand and the business. The organization will consist of COE teams including Brand Marketing, Marketing Strategy & Transformation, Content, and Media, as well marketing teams for each of our revenue divisions. Together, this function will collaborate to build a unified, scalable, and consistent approach to marketing the brand and its offerings. Our mission is to be a demonstrable force multiplier for the businesses we serve.About the UX Design TeamThe UX Design team enables great products that delight our customers and satisfy the firm’s business needs. Our design team's expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design allows us to partner with business and technology teams firm-wide to create applications that are easy to use, engaging, powerful, and competitive differentiators.As a member of the UX Design team, you will be responsible for playing a key role in designing engaging experiences from innovative marketing to complex data rich experiences across web, desktop & mobile for a variety of businesses at Goldman Sachs. Alongside designing and delivering these experiences you’ll play a key role in helping enhance our established design system and being an advocate for user experience across the firm.We are looking for excellent UX Design professionals to work as part of our COE, with assigned coverage to one or more of our divisions.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate and interact with product managers, technical leads, engineers and UX team members to identify product opportunities and create compelling interfaces using the evolving design systemDefine user experience strategies for established and green-field productsUndertake user research and synthesize insights that inform product roadmapsParticipate in product refinement and revision based on the outcome of user validation sessions and inputs & suggestions from the product teamProduce wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and production quality designs that effectively communicate design directions and detailed designsParticipate in multiple UX-led initiatives and firm-wide initiatives in order to communicate the value of UXContribute to the UX team in multiple internal initiatives, and contribute to growth of the team members and the overall team's goalsActively participate in the growth of team members through knowledge sharing sessions and by creating a culture of sharing & learningBasic Qualifications4+ years industry experience in digital product designExperience designing and shipping large-scale product releasesPassion for solving complex large-scale problemsExperience working on enterprise platforms that leverage a large enterprise design systemsExpertise in industry standard design tools such as Figma.Understanding of web standards, capabilities and best practices (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)Preferred QualificationsAdvanced Degree in Design, HCI, UX or a related field (B.Des, M.Des.)Financial services & enterprise design experience a plus, but not required© The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., 2021.
