Corporate Treasury plays a central role in the firm’s overall strategy with responsibility for providing appropriate funding to support all firmwide activity while maximizing net interest income. The division allocates financial resources, raises funding and capital to support firm activity, and dynamically manages the firm’s asset liability risk and liquidity portfolio. Corporate Treasury actively engages in public markets and with businesses across the firm, investors, ratings agencies and regulators. The division is ideal for collaborative individuals who have strong ethics and attention to detail.ROLE SUMMARY Opportunity to join the Corporate Treasury administration team in New York to provide assistant coverage for 2-3 Managing Directors and their broader teamsGeneral administrative support (covering phones, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, time entry and approvals, etc.) Support stakeholder diary management including co-ordination of internal and external meetings Prepare travel and expense statements for stakeholders and act as the main contact for expense questions Deal with internal and external clients as well as intermediaries at senior levels Help with ad-hoc requests from Corporate Treasury professionals and leadership team RESPONSIBILITIES Extensive diary and telephone management, including prioritization and coordination with senior stakeholders and global assistants to resolve conflicts, often at short noticeBooking international travel for Managing Directors and processing expensesProviding adhoc support to wider senior management group when requiredActing as the main point of contact for administrative queries for the departmentCoordinating the onboarding and provisioning of new hires and consultantsOrganizing departmental meetings with members of the leadership team, and coordinating materials and agendasInvoice processing Owning and organizing the departmental seating plan and making desk arrangements and providing building access for visitorsAdditional assignments and project work, as per business requirementsSKILLS / EXPERIENCE Minimum 5 years’ previous experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting at senior management/managing director level, preferably within the financial services industryProficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, PowerPoint and ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail, organized, efficient, and highly motivatedCollaborative, can-do attitude and an eagerness to grow with the department.
