YOUR IMPACTWe are seeking a highly motivated individual for a Vice President role within the Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s Client Business. Americas Client Business provides investment solutions across all major asset classes (e.g., fixed income, equities and alternatives) and products including mutual funds, ETFs, separate accounts and alternative investmentsHOW YOU WILL FULFULL YOUR POTENTIALVice President will be responsible for generating new sales and maintaining relationships with Pension clients in Texas and the surrounding area Develop and execute a strategic plan for each individual client, which outlines selling opportunities, a service plan and specific deliverables across all asset classes Collaborate with Portfolio and Product Manager(s) to prepare and review materials for new business opportunities and existing client relationshipsSKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FORAt least 5-7 years of work experience at an asset management firm or other financial services organization Direct client experience with proven track record in business development with public pension plans in Texas and surrounding regionKnowledge of, and passion for, the asset management business and capital markets Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and excellent follow-throughStrong work ethic, highly self-motivated and entrepreneurialMBA or CFA a plusSeries 7, 63 and 3 required, or obtained within 3 months of joiningABOUT GOLDMAN SACHSAt Goldman Sachs, we commit our people, capital and ideas to help our clients, shareholders and the communities we serve to grow.
