Through our supportive, diverse and innovative environment, Ayco is committed to the success of our associates.ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Administrator with our Controller’s Group, located in Cohoes, NY.RESPONSIBILITIESBill corporate and individual clients for service feesGenerate and send client and corporate statements of accounts and collection lettersPost daily cash receipts in Peoplesoft AR and balance accordinglyProcess credit card paymentsFollow up with corporations regarding collection of past due accountsAssist clients and associates with billing related inquiriesOther projects or duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience requiredMinimum of one year of experience working in accounts receivable preferred; two to three years of experience in a professional office environment requiredStrong knowledge of MS software, particularly MS Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to work effectively both independently and in a team settingCommitment and ability to manage deadlines and contribute to a dynamic and fast paced office environmentExcellent organizational skillsStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail.ABOUT GOLDMAN SACHSAt Goldman Sachs, we commit our people, capital and ideas to help our clients, shareholders and the communities we serve to grow.
