The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support and research for multiple tasks of the Department of Clinical Education.Assist with general correspondence, memoranda, surveys, applications, scheduling appointments, meeting minutes, and testing.Handle requests for assistance and potential questions; provides information and clarification.Field phone requests.Assist with letters and coordinates processing.Assist with preparation of files.Assist with reports and maintains records.Compilesand tabulate statistical information.Provide liaison between departments.Perform special projects and assignments as requested by the Director or Dean.Other duties as assigned. Required:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.Strong interpersonal skills.Well organized.Able to prioritize tasks. Preferred:Extensive Use of Computers.Excessive sitting and standing.Ability to lift 5 lbs.
