Let us show you all the ways we can Empower Your Purpose.We are seeking a talented Financial Services Assistant for our Wealth Management team.To learn more about Rehmann, visit: You Will Make an Impact at Rehmann:Conducting research, gathering & analyzing data and preparing forms and reportsWorking with an advisory team to assist clients with their wealth management needsProvides high-level support preparing applications, business development projects, and client communications with a high attention to detailDrafting documents, proposals, exhibits, presentations and correspondence with a high attention to detailWorking as a liaison between clients and their financial advisorsEnsuring accurate and updated information is maintained in our CRM System; including phone calls, client actions/requests and meeting notesWorking with custodians and vendors to ensure that client requests are completed accuratelyArranging meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared, topics are prioritized and that all necessary objectives are metWorking with our team to cross-train in administrative and technical functionsYour Desired Skills, Values & Experiences:1 - 3 years of experience in the financial services; experience in a similar role preferred (paralegal, legal studies, legal assistant, etc.)Associate degree in general business or similar education/experience combinationOutstanding client service and communication skillsCommitment to being an excellent representative of the Rehmann brandWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelAbility to multi-task while providing outstanding customer service to our internal and external clientsAbility to handle communications in a discrete and confidential mannerAbility to thrive in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment"Can do" attitude and team playerEnthusiasm for helping others be successfulUnwavering integrity in all situationsWe Put People First in all that we do.
