Overview:Certified Lymphedema Therapist(or willing to obtain certified lymphedema training)$10,000 Sign on Bonus40 hours/weekvary for clinic hours between 7a-6pm M-FNo weekendsHiring immediately! The Certified Lymphedema Therapist functions as a member of the interdisciplinary team. Perform Physical Therapy Evaluations. Establish Physical Therapy treatment plans. Treat patients in a variety of settings including: neurological or orthopedic settings. Patient populations served include pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric. Provide patient/family education. Perform appropriate documentation in electronic medical record. Participate in patient care conferences/ staffing as appropriate. A variety of diagnoses and settings served include but are not limited to the 3 outpatient locations.Provide Physical Therapy interventions in accordance with established standards of care, policies, procedures, and state/federal law.Supervise Physical Therapist Assistant and Rehab Aides.Supervise and complete appropriate documentation for Physical Therapy and Physical Therapy Assistant students as assigned by CCCE.Complete documentation in electronic medical record in a timely manner in accordance within department and professional expectations demonstrating the need for skilled interventions.Participate in patient care conferences/ staffing as appropriate for multidisciplinary patients.Qualifications:Education:Certificate, Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.License(s)/Certification(s):Current IA and IL Physical Therapy licensure (or eligible).Current CPR certification.*Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, internal equity, and other business needs.
