Regional Maintenance Manager

Your ImpactThe Regional Maintenance Manager (RMM) is a key support role providing subject matter expertise, enterprise-level maintenance capital implementation support, guidance on key maintenance activities, and training for DC maintenance personnel support or operational centers. This role reports directly to the Sr. Director of DC Support Services while maintaining an indirect line in support of all maintenance teams. The RMM is responsible for driving Lowe's culture of continuity, efficiency, and store service by ensuring uptime, facility and equipment condition, methods, and training are top of mind for maintenance leaders. Candidates must be based out of a Lowe's Distribution Center (DC) location. With over 130+ Lowe's DC locations nationwide, there is flexibility in selecting a home base, but the position must be anchored at one of these facilities.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluates and inspects distribution facilities and equipment for overall condition, potential issues, and safety.
