Dental HygienistLocation: Fort Wayne, INPay: $43 - $45Job Duties* As a Dental Hygienist, you will:* Screen and assess patients, evaluate the medical/dental history.* Maintain and review patient's records, charts, and other pertinent information.* Provide preventative oral health services as directed by dentist on staff.* Provide patient education, teaches patients appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health and prevent tooth decay and gum disease.* Counsel patients about good nutrition and its impact on oral health.* Recommend community resources to meet patient and family needs.* Provide monitoring and continuity of care between clinic visits as required.* Assists in the sterilization and sharpening of instruments as assigned following infection control guidelines.*#iH2F*Requirements:* Experience in a clinic setting is preferred.* Indiana Dental Hygienist license.
