Physical Therapist

*Job Summary*Our client is currently seeaking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join Their healthcare team for a 13 week travel contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' physical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility and quality of life.*Duties** Evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations through comprehensive assessments.* Develop individualized care plans that address specific patient needs and goals.* Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques, including trigger point therapy and outpatient rehabilitation.* Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and strategies for improving mobility.* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with medical terminology standards.*Experience** A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.* Active California PT license required* Client open to background. - Hospital Critical Care or Home Health preferred* Willing to accept Local and Travel providers for this assignmentJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $3,000.00 - $3,126.00 per weekBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Referral program* Travel reimbursement* Vision insuranceMedical Specialty:* Home HealthSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
