*NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE**Job description*Carolinas Fertility Institute is currently seeking a patient-centered, versatile, and dependable CMA/RMA with excellent people skills to join our Charlotte clinic. The desired candidate will have solid work experience with women's health (OB/GYN, L&D, etc), office procedure assistance. Full-time weekdays with weekend and holiday rotation. Training (appx 1 week) will take place in our Winston Salem clinic. Accommodations are provided and mileage is reimbursed during training. CFI offers excellent benefits.*Primary Duties:*· Abstract Patient Charts· Clean and Set Up Rooms Between Patients· Blood Draws· Take patient vitals· Room Patients· Chaperone· Assist providers with Procedures· Place Instruments in Auto Clave Area· Open Charts / Flow Sheets in EHR· Enter Lab Orders into EHR· Enter IUI Notes / Dictations· Verify Notes and Images Have ported To Patient Chart in EHR· Medical Scribe when required· Pack Biopsies / Samples For Send Out· Scan CMA Paperwork· Assist in clinic OR suite· Help Answer Incoming Calls· Return Patient Phone Calls/EmailsJob Type: Full-time*Requirements:*1.
