We offer behavioral healthcare services - psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental disorder treatment, etc. - that allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being.Schedule: Monday and Tuesday 12pm-8pm, Wednesday-Friday 8am-4pmEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Conducts screenings and level of care assessments, using clinical knowledge and skill level and communicate the process with clients.Evaluates behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs of clientsCollect demographic and historical information relevant to the LOCAGather information for and complete precertification for all managed care clients when applicable.Facilitate admission process by communicating with appropriate clinical team member as required.Facilitates appropriate admissions to all levels of careMakes appropriate referrals to community providers and finds placement in appropriate setting for the client.Completes assessment, admission, and other paperwork for clients to in a timely manner. Including but not limited to Releases of Information (ROI) and other admission paperworkManage admission pre-certification with funding sources when applicable.Collaborates with other team member, and departments as needed.Expected to provide coverage for other clinical team membersResponsible for maintaining clinical record for clients with appropriate documentation of clinical services and client program engagement in ECR in accordance with program policy.Conducts brief individual therapy to engage patient in treatment and documents appropriately.Provides case management and linkage to alternate services if indicated.Develops an initial treatment plan.Completion of all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities.Expected to provide and facilitate group therapy sessions as required.Other duties as assigned.Required QualificationsMaster's Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling with a Master's level licensure or certification or working towards a Master's level licensure.Bachelors Level with a CADC or are working towards a CADC with a minimum of one year of qualifying clinical experience.Job Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong clinical skills in mental health/substance abuse/eating disorder treatment. A working knowledge of HIPAA, Licensing, and CARF regulations. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to problem solve by gathering and analyzing information, working well in an individual/ group problem solving situation, and showing initiative in problem solving. Maintains professionalism and does not show favoritism. Maintains consistency with clients, staff, visitors, and the public. Sound clinical judgment and excellent clinical skills. Ability to handle a crisis situation and react appropriately. Flexibility and adaptable. Ability to make decisions in an objective and ethical manner. Calm and decisive in crisis situations.
