Overview:Wolf is seeking an Audit Manager with Public Company experience to join our growing and well-established national firm. This exciting position with unlimited growth potential requires a motivated, experienced Audit/Assurance professional with strong interpersonal and engagement management skills.*Targeting Candidates who live in the Northeast or Mid-Atlantic Areas.**Candidates with PCAOB and/or ICFR experience preferred.Responsibilities:Join Financial Institution's SEC practice team to ensure compliance with professional standards including coordination with PCAOB inspection teamsOversee the activities of audit engagements including SEC registrantsIdentify accounting and auditing issues and coordinate response with engagement teams, principals, and clientsDemonstrate a thorough understanding of complex accounting and auditing conceptsDevelop productive relationships with client senior management and personnelApply technology to continually learn and enhance service deliveryDevelop Audit team members through effective delegation and guidance on engagementsProvide developmental performance feedback to audit team membersAssist in staff development through recruiting, training, and coachingActively participate in firm's practice development efforts through involvement with referral sources, community, and industry activitiesQualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting6+ years of experience in public accounting, PCAOB, or SECCurrently holds, and commits to maintain, Certified Public Accountant's licenseDemonstrated ability to meet challenging client requirementsDemonstrated supervisory experienceAbility and willingness to travel including related to client assignments and industry eventsAdditional Information:Wolf & Company, P.C. is committed to striving to be an employer of choice that embraces inclusion & diversity. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible to participate in our performance-based incentive compensation or sales commission plans.
