Educates patients and their family members as needing.Completes accurate charging of services and provides documentation to support the charges and provision of the therapy services within guidelines.Manages each patient's plan of care effectively by timely interdisciplinary collaboration and communication with physician involvement as needed.Initiates regular communication back to the supervising physical therapist about patient care issues, departmental concerns, and specific ideas affecting goals and treatment plan development.What should I have to be considered?Graduate from an accredited physical therapist assistant program required.Must be licensed in the state of Nebraska or compact state as a Physical Therapist Assistant.At least two years of experience performing as a PTA in a long term care, post-acute, hospital, home care or similar setting required.Please apply online at hillcrestcareers.com!#INDHealthcare
