(SNN) is seeking a dedicated *ABA Supervisor* to oversee behavioral interventions, support Behavior Technicians, and ensure high-quality ABA services for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.*About Special Needs Network, Inc. Through advocacy, policy work, and direct services, we create lasting change and empower families.*Position Overview*As an *ABA Supervisor*, you will:* Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians during in-home ABA therapy.* Conduct behavioral assessments, including FBAs, and develop individualized treatment plans.* Ensure treatment fidelity by overseeing the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).* Utilize ABA data collection methods to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies.* Assist in behavior reduction strategies and skill acquisition planning.* Promote the generalization of learned behaviors across settings.This *hybrid* position requires *75% in-person supervision* in clients' homes and *25% remote work* for administrative tasks such as data analysis, reporting, and client coordination.*Schedule & Work Environment** *Full-Time | Hybrid Role** Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (flexible based on client needs).* Client visits primarily in the afternoons, with occasional morning sessions.*Qualifications** *Education:* Master's degree in ABA or a related field with an ABA concentration.* *Experience:** 2+ years of in-home ABA therapy experience as a Behavior Technician.* Strong knowledge of behavior modification techniques, reinforcement strategies, and ABA methodologies (DTT, NET, etc.).* Experience with behavioral assessments, BIPs, and task analysis preferred.* Leadership and supervisory readiness required.* *Location:* Must reside in or near Whittier, CA.*Compensation & Benefits** *Pay:* $30 - $35 per hour (DOE).* *Mileage Reimbursement* for travel between cases.* *Health Insurance* (Medical, Dental, Vision, Chiropractic).* *401(k) Plan* for future investment.* *Company Equipment* (Laptop & Cell Phone).* *Paid Time Off:* 9 paid holidays, 14 PTO days, and sick time.* *Professional Development:* Free CEUs and management training.* *Career Growth:* Pathways to advance to BCBA and beyond.*Apply Today!*To apply, submit your resume to this post.
