St. Paul Elder Services is seeking a Full-Time Nutrition Team Lead who would work as a Team Lead 2 days per pay period and Cook/Food Service Aide the remaining days of the pay period. Some weekends and holidays will be required.JOB DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:1. Demonstrate and promote the culture, mission, vision, and values.2. Completes assigned weekly and monthly audits, including but not limited to, weekly refrigerator audits and monthly tray audits.3. Establishes regular monthly training, daily huddles, and other communications with associates.4. Demonstrates good communication and listening skills with residents/tenants, management team, and associates.5. Demonstrates leadership through continuous learning, development, and the ability to adjust to management style to achieve goals.6. Attends resident/tenant council.7. Involved in initial problem-solving efforts for kitchen and staff opportunities.8. Takes part in the onboarding of all new Dining Services staff.9. Assists in the day to day supervision of Dining Services staff.10. Maintains the schedule for all staff and coordinates replacement of any staff member related to call ins for the department. The Team Lead may also be expected to fill in where needed.11. Responsible for compliance with all Human Resource policies and procedures.12. Ensures compliance with all regulations, including but not limited to, State and local Health Departments, OSHA, etc.13. Completes weekly orders for Dining Services.14. Puts away, and organizes all orders for Dining Services.15. Ensures a safe and sanitary working environment.16. Tracking of employee illnesses:o Report employee illness to Infection Control Specialisto Sick days to HRo Missed days to HR17. Sends menu to the Director of Dining Services to meet all State/Federal Regulations18. Manages budget and stays within the allotted dollar amount.19. Communicate with other departments and manage any catering needs that may come up.QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:1. At least 2 years of management experience in a dining program.2. Embrace the mission and exemplify the values of St. Paul Elder Services.3. Demonstrates problem solving skills.4. Exhibits positive role model behaviors.5. Exhibits willingness to work with new staff.6. Serve Safe Certification Required7.
