Join our team at Allendale Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center as a RN Supervisor!Full-time & Part-time opportunities available Mon-Fri Evenings or Weekend BaylorPay in lieu of Benefit-$3/hr and Daily Pay Available!Responsibilities for a RN Supervisor:Assume responsibility and accountability for resident care on assigned unitOversees resident care to promote the highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning possible for assigned unitEnsures complete and prompt reporting of incidents with follow-up as necessary to Administrator and Director of NursingActively participates in committee/programs as directed by Director of NursingParticipates in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures based on identified needsQualifications for a RN SupervisorMust possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse Pennsylvania.Nursing degree from an accredited college or university required.Five (5) or more years of nursing experience; Two (2) years or more years of experience as a supervisor in a nursing care center, hospital or other related health care center- required.Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak the English language with proficiency.
