Seventy-five percent of your time will be at Northfield. Outreach visits will be done at Lakeville.* *Settings: *This position will treat in an Assisted/Independent Living setting.*About our Team:*Love working with older adults? Then you will thrive on our team of PT/OT/SLP like-minded therapists.* Join a team with experience and available on-site mentorship with PTs who are skilled in manual therapy techniques, vestibular, and pelvic health rehab.* Collaborate with OT and SLP to provide a whole person approach and really see the difference a team approach makes in your patient outcomes.Our Private Practice location within the Northfield Retirement Community sees a variety of patients from the ALF campus as well as the community given you a great variety of diagnoses on your caseload. Weekly travel floating to our partnership locations in Northfield and Lakeville offers smaller community experiences to broaden your skillset.
