Job Title: Psychologist (1099 Contractor)Location: New York, NYHere we grow again! We are excited to be searching for our newest team member and the perfect match for our practice! Seeking a Part-Time Testing Psychologist (1099 Contractor) for our busy practice.Psychologist Compensation:· Estimated salary range between $100,000 - $130,000· Percentage of net collections - testing clinician receives 65% of net collections· 1099Psychologist Requirements:· Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in psychology from an accredited institution required· State licensure as a psychologist required· Must be willing to see all ages, children and adults· Competence in psychological, psychoeducational, and neuropsychological testing· Must have expertise in conducting evaluations for learning, attention, and/or social and emotional challenges in students of all ages· Experience with Adult ADHD testing, both in person and virtual· Specialized certifications or training in testing a plus· Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion in mental health care· Ability to provide a minimal amount of evening or weekend hours is a plus· Strong communication and collaboration skillsPsychologist Responsibilities:· Performing testing intakes, planning assessment batteries, administering psychological measures, interpreting data, writing reports, providing feedback sessions, clarifying diagnoses, completing documentation, developing treatment plans under the leadership of the Testing Director, based in the DC office.· Collaborate with other mental health professionals in the center, including other therapists and psychiatrists to provide comprehensive care to clients.· Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, providing a note for every encounter· Participate in case consultations and team meetings· Stay current with best practices in child and adult testing.· Other duties as assignedThe Ross Center is a premier mental health practice, delivering a full spectrum of sophisticated psychiatric and psychological services that result in meaningful change for patients.
