Emergency Dental of America - Tulsa is seeking an energetic and patient experience driven dentist to work with our growing patient base.*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** Assures integration of patient education into all treatment phases. Advise and instruct patients regarding preventative dental care and the causes and treatments of dental problems* Ability to work well with patients of all ages* Makes reasonable and sound dental assessments and treatment plans* Provides diagnostic and therapeutic dental services to all Emergency Dental patients* Review patient records, charts, and other pertinent information* Document encounter in an accurate and timely manner* Responds to patient concerns and address them appropriately* Leads a small team of support staff. Participates as a team member to meet or extend the expectations of patients, coworkers, the public, and community standards* Adheres to attendance standards to perform the job functions for daily operations and/or continuity of patient care* Has good understanding of HIPPA, all federal, and state regulations*PAY AND BENEFITS*Pay:* This is not a salaried position. You will be paid percentage of production with a potential for earning up to $150,000 part-time and $300,00 for Full-Time.Benefits:* Guaranteed base salary or % of production* Relocation package available!*JOB REQUIREMENTS*Education:* Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)Experience:* Two (2) years minimum experience as a dentist is required* Dental office experience is a MUSTCertificates, Licenses, Registrations:* Current dental license active in state* Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CPR/AED) certificationKnowledge and Skills:* Strong interpersonal and communication skills* Practices comprehensive dentistry* Commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity and inclusion* Basic computer skills and Dentrix knowledge helpful* Being bilingual is a plusJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: Up to $300,000.00 per yearSupplemental Pay:* Commission payAbility to Relocate:* Tulsa, OK 74132: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
