Site Supervisor

*Job Title:* Construction Site Supervisor*Location:* Tampa*Job Summary:*We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards.*Key Responsibilities:** Help oversee daily operations on the construction site and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.* Help coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.* Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and enforce site safety policies.* Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.* Help manage site logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and procurement.* Maintain accurate records of site activities, including work progress, incidents, and inspections.* Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to building codes and regulations.*Requirements & Qualifications:** Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role.* Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.* Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.* Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.* Valid construction site safety certification(s) (e.g., OSHA, SMSTS, CSCS).*Preferred Qualifications:** Experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial projects.* Knowledge of sustainable building practices and modern construction technologies.*Benefits:** Competitive salary based on experience.* Health and insurance benefits.If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for construction and site management, we encourage you to apply and become a key player in our dynamic team!Job Type: ContractPay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to FridayAbility to Commute:* Tampa, FL 33609 (Required)Work Location: In person
