Be a part of our growth and be a voice in our company!Pay Range: $30.00 - $40.00 per hourFactors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this positionBenefits:401K - with Company MatchHealthcare: Medical, Dental, VisionCompany Paid Life InsuranceShort- and Long-term disability benefitsVacation Pay and Sick Pay8 Minimum Holiday Pay1 floating holiday per yearEndless opportunities for growth!Responsibilities:Install and repair electrical equipment on Cell Phone TowersTravelling 90% of the time to our Iowa, Minnesota and Nebraska locations (potentially other states as well)Work closely with construction crews and Project Managers to meet deadlinesPerform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systemsBe responsible for the electrical installation that meets client standards for the quality of work, with an emphasis on meeting the budgeted hours available.Be knowledgeable of all aspects of electrical construction materials and control equipment that make up the field installation part of a Cell Tower siteInterprets drawings, sketches, software, plans and determines best work procedures, tools, equipment needed to troubleshoot and repair problemsInspects Cell Tower Sites for compliance with plans and specifications, point out deficiencies, coach and take corrective action as needed.Provides training, direction, and mentorship to our Electrical Apprentice/Construction Crews.Promote safety on the jobsite in connection with the installation and service work.Measures, cuts, bends, threads, assembles and installs electrical conduit; weld supports; install cable and duct banks; make terminationsPerform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications:Be a licensed Journeyman Electrician (Class A)Experience in the construction industry; Telecom Industry a plusAbility to work in a team environment with construction crews, Project Managers, and Foreman'sWork in all weather conditionsHave a valid Driver's LicenseAttention to DetailsTriad Associates inc is a division of Concordia Group.
