Sub-acute nursing and rehabilitation experience preferred.Requirements:NYS Licensed RN with a minimum of 5 years' experience, must be a detail-oriented, highly organized, dedicated professional who is able to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication skills a must, with the ability to follow oral and written instruction.Solid computer skills required, SIGMACARE experience preferred.Has a working knowledge of MDS and PPS process and able to meet deadlines.Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position assignments.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $114,000.00 - $135,000.00 per yearPhysical setting:Long term careRehabilitation centerWork Location: In person
