Job Description & RequirementsPhysical Therapist - Rehabilitation - (PT - Rehab)StartDate: 3/24/2025 Available Shifts: 12 D Pay Rate: $1740.32 - $1906.94PT needed asap Covid and Flu vaccine required. REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years of PT experience required. Acute care experience required, Inpatient Rehab and SNF experience preferred. Must have FL license active and on profile. BLS required. HWL interview and Manager direct offer. Radius Rule 50 miles from facility. FLOATING REQUIRED- Travelers are first to float, possibly float to other sister campuses as well. ALL RTO or SCHEDULE REQUESTS must be on submission- HCF will not be approving RTO or schedule requests after submission. (Please load all Demographic information at time of submittal: Address, email, full DOB, full SS, RN license number.) We will NOT be able to confirm anyone without this demographic information loaded in the profile. Culture is VERY important here. Travelers are welcomed into the units and are expected to function as core staff does. Hard document deadline is Monday prior to start.
