Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.__"”_We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Nurse Case Manager to coordinate and manage the healthcare needs of pediatric patients. The ideal candidate will work closely with families, medical providers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure children receive comprehensive, high-quality care.
