Oxford Solutions has a banking client seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and develop HR initiatives with a focus on risk management, compliance, and affirmative action reporting. This role requires a servant leader who can foster a supportive work environment while aligning HR strategies with business goals. The HR Manager will assume responsibility for mitigating risk and managing all HR functions, including payroll, personnel records, salary administration, hiring, and recruitment programs.ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all human resources operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory compliance.Manage risk mitigation strategies related to human resources and ensure compliance with labor laws, banking regulations, and affirmative action policies.Partner with business leaders to identify employee training needs and implement effective learning and development programs.Develop and execute strategies for salary payroll operations, personnel records, salary administration, and recruitment initiatives.Collaborate with external service providers (HRIS systems, legal counsel, auditors, administrators, and consultants) to secure cost-effective and high-quality services.Provide strategic HR recommendations to leadership to drive employee engagement, retention, and performance.Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and federal/state employment laws.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience required).SHRM-SCP certification is required.Minimum of 10 years of experience in business and human resources.At least 5 years of HR experience within the banking industry is required.In-depth knowledge of risk management, compliance regulations, and affirmative action reporting.Proven experience in developing HR strategies and implementing HR policies that drive organizational success.Exceptional leadership and servant leadership qualities with a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.HR Manager - 25-00043IND123
