You'll work directly with our clients (other companies) and teams at CSC to provide solutions that help their business run smoother and smarter. Passionate about service quality, giving back to the community, and devoted to continuous improvement, CSC is the business behind business®.Some of the things you will be doing:Receive inbound and make outbound business customer callsProvide excellent customer service to both internal and external clientsAbility to follow up and through with all customer interactionsRespond promptly to customer inquiries over the phone or electronicallyOrganize the workflow to meet customers timeframes and demandsRecommend process improvements where applicableData entry of client information, electronic filing and retrieval of documentsNavigate quickly between multiple databases quickly and accuratelyResearch and analysis of legal documentsManage customer portfoliosMaintaining and growing existing customer business by providing outstanding service and by recognizing and proactively offering appropriate servicesWhat technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?Experience working in a call center, customer service, or administrative capacityEnergetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentAttention to detail and accuracyStrong prioritization and time-management skillsFlexibility and agility, with the ability to multitaskProblem-solving skillsStrong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, Word, and ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSalesforce experience a plusCandidates for this position must be eligible to work without sponsorship.#LI-SL1#CSC#CSCCareers#INDCAt CSC, compensation decisions are dependent on a number of factors including job location and the knowledge and experience of each individual.
