*Position Overview:*Tata Technologies is looking for an Aircraft Propulsion techno commercial Expert, with rich experience in building business in the areas of design, testing, and maintenance of propulsion systems for aircraft. It is rqequired to have credible experience in aircraft propulsion systems with strong commerical accumen to work closely with Sales and Marketing teams for creating propositions and winning large deals.*Responsibilities:*•Building pipeline, closing large deals and driving growth by identifying opportunites and developing supporting offerings•Mapping the industry trends to internal competencies in the company and creating a road map to bridge the gap in the areas of propulsion aligned to customer requirements•Creating proactive technical propositions to address the propusion market in line with customer priorities•Coordinate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to support the techno-commerical requirements•Identify & closely interact with potential customers to understand the technical requirements and support the techno-commercial discussions with proactive propositions / solutions•Closely coordiante with other disciplines of Practice orgaziation to offer integrated solutions including Engineeing and Digital capabilities•Strategic planing in propulsion domain•Driving growth and large deals through innovative offerings and customer centric approach•Mentoring Practice, Sales and Delviery organizations*Knowledge/Experience:*•Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).•Proven extertise in strategic business planning, credible techno-commercial experience and large account closures in propulsion domain•Proven track record of driving business growth•15 to 20 years of covering Engineering, Manufacturing engineering, MRO and digital solution in the areas of Airraft engine•Strong knowledge of jet engines, turbofan/turbojet engines, and aircraft fuel systems•Familiarity with industry regulations, such as FAA, EASA, or military standards•Certification in propulsion systems or related technologies will be an added advantage•Knowledge of advanced propulsion systems such as electric or hybrid-electric engines.•Familiarity with environmental compliance, such as noise reduction and emissions control technologies.•Work experience with any of the major global engine OEMsJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $36.03 - $43.39 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid time off* Relocation assistance* Retirement plan* Tuition reimbursement* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to FridayExperience:* Aircraft maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:* Airframe & Powerplant License (Preferred)Ability to Relocate:* Detroit, MI (Oakland County): Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: On the road
