Work alongside with Project Managers and Project Directors. We are looking for a WORKING Manager that can help the field from time to time.Experienced Foreman's, Electricians, any Construction type of work are encouraged to apply!Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred but not requiredAbility to Travel out of state 90% of the time for projects (Midwest Region such as: IL, OH, IN, MI)Able to climb ladders and assist with the use of construction equipmentBe able to lift 50 lbs. of equipment/materialsAble to work some weekends during deadlineBENEFITS:Company vehicle with GAS cardPer DiemPaid Time OFFHealth Insurance: Medical, Dental, & VisionLong-term & Short-term DisabilityCompany Paid Life Insurance401(k) W/ 100% company matchPaid HolidaysResponsibilities:Involved in daily activities in the field with no hesitation doing partial labor workAssist with site walks & field walksTravel around the Midwest to support multiple constructions crews/sitesSupport and help Foreman's, Technicians, and/or SubcontractorsCommunicating with clients on current and pending status of jobs.Request Quotes and order materials from various vendors for materials and servicesAttend Conference Calls and participate in Project meetingsCreate daily and weekly schedules to support the management teamCoordinating the final inspections of jobs as required.Requesting COIs and surety bonds for permits and business licensesArranging for construction testing and engineering services if necessary.Climb ladders over 30 feet on rooftops, water tanks, and buildings using a safety harnessEnsure job site remains safe, clean, and orderlyMonitor and assist with field productivity, cost control, and schedulingPerforms other duties as assignedTriad Associates Inc. is a division of Concordia Group.
