They will play a crucial role in meeting the business objectives of the segment.*Responsibilities:** Assist in coordinating third-party engineering contracting services from the scope definition phase to the close-out document phase, ensuring minimal disruption to existing processes.* Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.* Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and findings through data collection, analysis, and trend summarization.* Prioritize safety, review accident/incident reports, and participate in investigations as necessary.* Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and ensure accessibility for reference.* Guarantee technical support for the project management group, from the feasibility study phase to the coordination of final acceptance tests, ensuring technical quality and accurate documentation after changes.* Establish minimum technical requirements for equipment and system purchases or modifications, maintaining compliance with national, international, or corporate standards and incorporating emerging technologies when necessary.* Lead, support, participate in, and contribute to improvement programs and project groups.* Assist management in optimizing equipment quality, cost, availability, and performance.* Coordinate and supervise personnel as required.*Minimum Requirements:** Degree/Certification Required: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.* Language/Proficiency Level: English / Advanced.* Strong technical writing skills.* Providing technical support and consultancy to the management structure in the electrical and automation disciplines.* Knowledge of power systems, NEC, NFPA 70E, design, and start-up of AC drive systems, design and programming of PLC and HMI-based control systems, and reviewing and developing P&IDs.* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).*Desired Requirements:** A minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy industrial settings.* Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification is preferred.* Supporting management in optimizing equipment quality, cost, availability, and performance.* Ability to anticipate and adopt innovations in business-building digital and technology applications.* Proven ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.* Proficiency in efficient processes with a focus on continuous improvement.* Excellent communication skills, including working effectively with professionals, operations personnel, and construction trades.*Other Details:** Travel Requirements: Approximately 15%* Bonus: 20%* Relocation PackageJob Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
