Be a part of our growth and be a voice in our company!Job description- Project Manager - ConstructionAs we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee our construction projects.Pay Range: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 a yearFactors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.Benefits:40 hours of sick time a year80 hours of vacation time per yearHealth Insurance: Medical, Dental, & VisionCompany paid disability.Company Paid Life Insurance401(k) W/ 100% company matchPaid Holidays off1 floating holiday per year to use for holidays, anniversaries, etc.Endless growth opportunitiesResponsibilities:· Lead the end-to-end process, from project initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.· Develop project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resources.· Manage project and proactively identify potential issues, developing and implementing plans for improvement.· Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.· Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed about project status, milestones, and any necessary adjustments.· Oversee procurement processes, including material and equipment purchases, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety protocols, and industry practices.· Lead meetings, fostering open communication and collaboration among team members.Qualifications:· Proven experience 3+ years as a Project Manager in the construction industry.· Strong understanding of construction methodologies, practices, and regulations.· Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, excel, outlook etc.)· Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.· Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to adapt to changing project demands.· PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.Benefits:Concordia is a drug and alcohol-free workplace including marijuana.
